Nora Renaud (1977) is a Swiss artist who lives and works in Bogotá, Colombia, and exhibits regularly in Switzerland. Her practice explores the boundary between the analog and the digital, operating within the tension between technopolitics and art.
Her work interrogates regimes of visibility. Her devices excavate time with an archaeology of the present that moves between the artisanal and the virtual. Her speculative fictions are the result of offline and online rituals that generate meaning and protocols of relationality. Renaud seeks to empower the collective body in a world of global consumption.
